Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
TGM Ventures, Inc., a Washington state corporation (“TGM Ventures,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating LivePFS, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or receive a financial statement that a LivePFS user has shared with you.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide. When you create an account or use the platform, we collect contact information such as your name, email address, and password, and any financial data you choose to enter — assets, liabilities, investments, income, expenses, and other information relevant to your personal financial statement.
Connected-account information. If you choose to securely connect a financial account (for example, a bank, brokerage, loan, or credit card account), we retrieve, through trusted third-party financial data providers: current balances; account names, types, and institution names; account-holder names as reported by your institution; and loan and credit details lenders expect on a statement (balance, interest rate, and payment). Connections are read-only. While an account remains connected, we retrieve updated information automatically on a regular (typically daily) basis; disconnecting an account stops this retrieval. Your banking credentials are entered directly with the provider — LivePFS never sees or stores them.
Payment information. Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, which collects your card details directly. LivePFS never stores full card numbers; we retain only your subscription status, plan, and billing history.
Recipient information. When a user shares a statement, we collect the recipient email addresses the user provides and use them solely to deliver, secure, and log that share.
Device information. We automatically collect certain information about your device when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the platform.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to provide and improve LivePFS services. This includes operating and maintaining your account, processing and securely storing your financial data, keeping connected-account data current, generating statement exports and verification records based on your information, delivering shares you initiate, and communicating with you about your account and service-related matters.
We also use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, detect and prevent technical issues and security threats, analyze usage patterns to improve our platform’s functionality, and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Automated document processing. Where the Service processes uploaded financial documents automatically (for example, proposing extracted figures for human review), documents are processed by a specialized service provider under agreements that prohibit the use of your documents to train that provider’s models. Extracted figures are always subject to review; nothing is silently changed.
3. DATA SECURITY
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with sensitive fields protected by envelope encryption using managed, hardware-backed keys. Account connections are read-only, and your banking credentials are handled directly by our financial data providers — LivePFS never sees or stores them. Names are masked at rest, administrative access is limited and audited, and all data is hosted in the United States. We conduct internal security audits of the platform, and we describe our security model in plain language at livepfs.com/security. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your data. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. LivePFS is paid by subscription, not by your data.
We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform — cloud hosting, financial data connectivity, payment processing, automated document processing, analytics, and communications. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide services to us. We may also disclose your information when required by law, to protect our rights or property, or in connection with a business transfer.
Required third-party service disclosures. Our current providers include: Plaid Inc., which connects bank, loan, and credit card accounts — data processed by Plaid is governed by Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy; SnapTrade, which connects brokerage accounts under its own privacy policy; Stripe, Inc., which processes subscription payments under the Stripe Privacy Policy (some older bank connections were established through Stripe Financial Connections and remain governed by the same policy); and Google Cloud, which hosts our infrastructure in the United States.
5. SHARING YOUR FINANCIAL STATEMENT WITH OTHERS
Sharing is always initiated by you. When you share or email your financial statement — for example, to a lender — the recipient receives your personal financial information: the assets, liabilities, balances, and ownership details on your statement. Once a recipient has your information, LivePFS cannot control how they use it or whether they retain copies, so share only with recipients you trust.
Share links are tied to the recipient email addresses you provide, expire on the schedule you choose, and can be revoked by you at any time in the app. We log recipient access and may require recipients to verify their identity before viewing. Exported statements can carry a verification code: the livepfs.com/verify page confirms a document is genuine and shows its generation date and data provenance.
If you are a recipient of a shared statement: we collect and process your email address (provided by the statement owner) and access logs solely to deliver and secure the share. Your access exists at the owner’s direction and ends when the share expires or is revoked.
6. FINANCIAL PRIVACY (GLBA)
To the extent LivePFS collects nonpublic personal information in connection with financial services, we handle it consistent with the privacy and safeguards principles of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Such information is disclosed only as described in this policy — to service providers, at your direction when you share your statement, or as required by law. Financial information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act may be exempt from certain state privacy laws.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your personal information while your account is active and for a limited period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We store financial data in the United States. Disconnecting a financial account stops all further retrieval and invalidates the connection’s access credentials. Share links and verification records expire on their stated schedules and can be revoked earlier. You may close your account or request full deletion at any time by contacting contact@livepfs.com; after account closure we delete or de-identify your personal information from production systems, with residual copies in encrypted backups aging out on a fixed schedule.
8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information. You may also disconnect any linked financial account at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@livepfs.com.
9. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you live in California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon), you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define those terms, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email contact@livepfs.com from the address on your account (or have your authorized agent do so with proof of authorization). We verify requests against account information and respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). Note that financial information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act may be exempt from some of these state laws.
10. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement and first-party usage metrics to operate and improve the service. Analytics data is stripped of names, email addresses, and financial figures before transmission — your identity and your dollar amounts never reach the analytics provider. You can control cookies through your browser preferences, though disabling them may limit some features.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email to the address on your account and/or by prominent notice in the app before the changes take effect, and we will update the date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our services after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
14. CONTACT INFORMATION
Questions about this Privacy Policy, our privacy practices, or a privacy rights request may be sent to contact@livepfs.com or through the form at livepfs.com/contact. TGM Ventures, Inc. (Washington, USA) is the entity responsible for your information.
